I feel they need to update there servers and get ipv6 since ima gamer I am stuck with strict NAT
I am hoping they do something soon

And no one seem to understand about changing the nat from strict to ond I have double natpen

They are the only game in town. Chatanika that is. We live very rural and like it that way. We still want some of the perks like phone and internet. We have lived through Hughes Net and still have PTSD from that experience. We have lived here for 1 year and feel that the service is pretty good. Better than what was available on CHSR. Nothing! Its a small company and kind of nice. You speak with the same 2 people every time you call. Its a local company.

Have found the company to be run by very unethical individuals. They keep their doors open by free federal grants/money. Seems to me more a sophisticated welfare type scam being operated than a business. Nepotism and shady deals seem to be commonplace there.
