image Very helpful staff and mechanics were super friendly and willing to work with me. Terrific and was able to get same day services. I will definitely be recommending to everyone I know.

image Just a fun little PSA if youd like to go to the least professional AND least competent repair shop in town, check out H&H Service Center.
I was feeling like I had a time crunch to get my vehicle winterized before the weather started to drop, and I made the mistake of taking my brand new vehicle there. Dropped it off 11/7 at 8am, and 11/8 I received a call that itll be the higher end of my price quote - okay, fine - but the bad news is that they broke my exhaust manifold bolts in the process and will have to wait to get repair parts on Monday and I wont be able to drive it until then. Obviously thats irritating, but what can you do if your car is inoperable, right? Well I did some digging and calling around and found out that that is absolutely not a normal or regular happenstance during winterizations.
So Monday rolls around, no contact. Tuesday, no contact. So I called them around 2pm, Tuesday 11/14, and ask where my car is. He told me theyre running out the door to get the parts right now and my car will be done and hell call by 4, 4:30 at the latest. 4:35 rolls around and Ive still heard nothing. Im paying Ubers and getting rides to take me from North Pole to Fairbanks every day, both ways, to work during this. I think the least they can do is communicate, but I digress. He told me they didnt get the nuts they needed with the bolts. So I tell him, Youre really putting me out here. I need my car to be ready and a manager present first thing tomorrow. So I show up today, 8am 11/15, and lo and behold my car isnt done. For an hour I sit there waiting to speak to the manager since Ive already arranged a ride to town on my *only* day off specifically for this, reception is going to the back every few minutes and coming back up front to tell me hes still busy and not coming up, etc. Finally I have to leave for an appointment and I told him, again, I know this isnt your fault, but this has been an absolutely terrible experience.
So I finally get the call my car is done and the manager is in and get the chance to talk to him at 4pm today. He has the gall to stare at me and ask what I need to talk to him about, to which I simply say the entire situation with my vehicle, more dumbfounded staring, I explain that they broke the exhaust manifold bolts off a car with less than 2k miles, he tries to say it happens, I tell him thats funny since Ive talked to multiple shops and they disagreed, then he tells me my *studs* were rusted (a change in verbiage that I noted). Id like to know how a car with less than 6wks on the road up here is rusted, honestly.
So now it sits, waiting to be inspected by the dealership, who literally opened the hood and immediately saw things that would need to be redone.

image Dropped a truck off for an alignment, steering wheel was off (top was at 11 o'clock) picked it up after they "worked on it for 3 days" I was told "it's not perfect but it's as close as we can get it because your idler arm has some play" steering wheel was now at almost 3 o'clock position.
Wasn't even worth going back in to argue as I knew they would blame the little play in the idler arm. Took the truck to Lithia and they had the alignment done and done correctly in 1 day. Will never return for business.
