Our salesperson, Michael Koehler, was superb. He showed us a car that had only come in the day before and was exactly what I was looking for that day. He continued to be an excellent salesperson throughout the process of purchasing the 2023 Toyota Highlander and learning about the car. I have driven Toyotas purchased in Fairbanks, Alaska for over 42 years and I have always loved them. The finance manager, Amber, was there when I purchased my last Highlander and it was nice to see her again and experience her capable, kind manner in signing the paperwork. I am super in love with the car and very happy.
