The worst place to go, the doctors and nurses very rude people.
I dont recommend Spanish patient to this please, is an unfair and non empathetic treatment. The nurse that attended me made me feel that I am ignorant saying that she doesnt not find my records of hospital, and that could be another place and not the hospital where I went. The doctor was rude because I told him to explain me better and help me with a note for work, he doesnt have humanity or sense of what the patients need. Terrible place.

Just walked in to be seen told they are at capacity. Not a single person in there. All staff standing around talking. One car in the parking lot and they turned me away not barely being able to walk! What is the point of urgent care?!?! Heartless people

Dr. Ritterman and all the lovely ladies are wonderful and funny and kind. I do not mind going to these appointments at all!!

My wife saw Brian Perry for significant lower back problem that she described as "sparks of sudden sharp pain". PT seemed to be helping a bit. After an X-ray followed by a CT scan, Brian suggested that she continue the PT and return to him if it got worse or if she seemed to stop progressing. We were impressed by the way he took time to explain things. We did not feel if we were being rushed out. Brian was kind and gentle and he has a good sense of humor.
After I had had a not-so-good experience at a different Premier office, we were at first reluctant to come here. But several good reports from others at Freedom Village Brandywine (where we live) overcame our reluctance, and we are very glad we came here and met Bryan.

First off, Kim was very professional, caring, and helped me with my appointments in an amazing way. She has a special empathy talent that received over the phone. I cant say enough, secondly, the PA was very thorough in explaining my reason for being there, finally, Dr. Asku answered all my questions. He was very professional and thorough.
