They have a sign up but when I go to the website the listing is nowhere to be found. I guess they want you to call the agent listed on the sign, I just didn't get that info as I drove by. Not a good start for a home buying experience. I'm gonna keep looking for a more transparent and easy to use Real Estate company to deal with.

I am a first time home buyer and after working with Keller Williams, I was very unpleased with the home buying process Ive experienced. My realtor Juania Velasquez did not make the process smooth for me. She was good with scheduling showings and making sure I was able to see 5 homes or more each week. However, she did not pick out homes based on my needs and what we discussed. Most of the homes we looked at, I picked out. Juania was not knowledgeable on how to sell a home. She could not tell me any facts that I needed to know about the homes before I could make a decision. Additionally, Juania was not knowledgeable about the first time home buyers program she referred me to. When I decided to put an offer in, I was told my Juania to write down that I currently had $5,000 in my bank account because no one would check. Well that was incorrect. This was good faith money I had to put down on the house to take it off the market. I was not aware of what good faith money was. The seller ended up asking to see that money in an account. How embarrassing! Furthermore, there was VERY important information about the first time home buyers program that I did not know about until after I signed the Agreement of sales. This program required for me to show two months of reserves in a bank account and I was not aware of this until 2 weeks before I was about to close on my house. I was afraid because I already gave my apartment complex my 30 days notice. When I explained this to my realtor, she just said lets just wait and see. Meanwhile I was being hounded by my lender for something I was not aware of. When I asked the lender, she said it was a new policy. I found out that this was a lie and I ended up calling her manager. I explained everything and the manager informed me that it was not my fault and she would push my application through without that requirement. Overall, I was lost in the process and unaware of all the steps. I would not recommend Keller Williams especially if you are a first time home buyer.

My daughter brought a home from Keller Williams recently and what a mess it was. Stressful, unorganized, lies after lies. Juania Velasquez was her realtor. Shes nice and polite but does not communicate or investigate effectively. Great with setting up viewings but not knowledgeable about any of the homes she tries to sell. Any questions we had about a home, she would simply say ohI dont know. Not that she would find out but I dont know. Very unprepared. Shes not aware of how the process goes with selling a home and will never advocate for you. Due to this, I was with my daughter every step of the way. My daughter was stressed out trying to find the right home. We had to do our own investigation about the homes WE found not to mention find our own homes to view. At closing the sellers never showed up (unusual) and we had questions to ask them about the home. No one was able to address those questions and Juania did not assist with reaching out to find those answers. I am disappointed with how things turned out. We wouldve found a new realtor but my daughter had less then 2 weeks to leave her apartment with 2 toddlers. The worse experience for a new home buyer to experience.
