Good afternoon and if this is the "staff" member you are referring to in your review, this is Wendy. But you already it is me because moments upon your departure you went out of your way to bestow upon me some beautiful descriptive words like, pleasant, helpful, nice, and sweet. For someone who possesses these qualities that you believed, I or any of my staff would have been more than accommodating to correct any "heat" or A/C concerns had we been notified in a reasonable amount of time, but certainly not after you have stayed overnight and then decided to complain about this when most guests would have reported something of this nature immediately upon entering the room. Resolutions are always easily resolved on our end with a great attitude especially also noted by you.
