Lazy, rude employees. They park their own cars in front of store which has limited parking.

Never before have I seen a worse retail store in my life. The amount of uncaring attitudes, impatient/rude workers, and blatant fraud and lies that take place here is a stain on tmobiles name that will never be undone. The irreparable damage you have done to their brand as an authorized retailer is disgraceful and the best thing to come from this store is the manager being fired.
Never come here, never call them, never trust a word any of them tell you.

Abraham was super helpful and respectful. Got what I need done with no problems. glad hes the manager, has a lot of patient.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE!
The employees will lie about discounts you will receive, they will show you what looks like legit plans or discounts or fine print, then charge you whatever they want, refuse to send a receipt, or say your "bill will not accurately reflect any changes for a few days to a week," then when you go pay your bill and you notice, you are "past the 'regret' period and can't change or refund." They have the ability to charge whatever they want but "have zero ability to return money or make changes to bills." They also will sign you up for additional charges on plans you didn't ask for (which is bad enough alone, but pales in comparison to the above).
I knew better than to buy plans/phones from a physical retailer, so i guess that's on me. If you have to, buy everything online yourself and only use physical locations for help with troubleshooting your phone.
And as you can see by all the canned responses to other reviews, you can be sure they will do NOTHING to remedy the situation.
