Not impressed with this place whatsoever. I guess I should've looked at their reviews before I used them. Originally I called to make an appointment they told me I didn't need to and could just drop them off, so I did waited a month and was just told when they were ready, I got that call 2 days went to pick them up today and I was just told you need to pay us this amount and pay this to the irs by Monday. I asked if I can go over it with them and was told I needed to make an appointment (which I tried to do in the beginning) and go figure they have no appointments till April 18th... Then I asked for help with something on them and I was told I need to call the IRS myself. I told them last year you helped me with this (I mean this is what I am paying you for) but all I got was a nope. I think it is easy to say I am so disappointed and will not be back. So I glad I payed someone money to help me with this yet they don't even go over anything with me or help me out. Now I see why they have a Google star rating of 2.5

Do not USE THIS COMPANY. OTTO is terrible to work with. If you want a company that doesn't hold reasonability for their action use them.
Routinely files incorrect paperwork, has created a tax lien situation for my company. When calling to address the concern explaining my frustration he hangs up the phone like a child. Doesn't communicate about any filings just does them before double checking situations.
They have created tax liabilities.
During My wife's maternity leave they decided to return all Employee Taxes that had been reported and supposedly filed due to inactivity. Discriminating against a new mother for taking maternity leave. GET REAL!

Had this company running payroll for my busniess. Upon no notice they "Returned" Taxes that should have been filed. Unwilling to work with our company they have been reluctant to properly address our concerns.
They have a company policy to hang up the phone on you after they make mistakes. They are exceeding rude for being "Experts"

I adore working with Otto and team and refer anyone who needs good accounting, bookkeeping, or payroll their way. Otto is direct, which I appreciate, and will always tell me how it is. Danai at the front desk is also the kindest human and I look forward to seeing her whenever I need to go to their office.
