Be warned that if your key copies do not work they only offer "store credit" and will not refund your money.
Had 10 copies made for a machine at work and for whatever reason they didn't work. Brought them back explaining the issue and all they offered was store credit. What am I going to do with $50 of store credit at a locksmith?
While for me it's not a huge issue as my company will pay me back for the bad keys I just wanted to warn people that this is their policy if you didn't already know.
EDIT: They do state no refunds only store credit. On the bottom of the receipt AFTER you pay them. How convenient.

I have used Masslock multiple times.
Its rare to find such a trustworthy locksmith company in Boston. Jerry arrived on time and quickly replaced my old standard lock at home with a keypad.

Just had keys made for my Toyota truck, and program 2 remotes and the service was fantastic and save me 30% over what other lock people wanted and over 50% over what the Toyota dealer wanted. You're nuts if you don't go here to get you keys ct and programmed! Thank you PJ!!

I was referred to Mass Lock after someone made a mess of my door lock installation.
Dan was the tech who handled the repairs. What I appreciate most is that he doesnt just fix things, he brought solutions. He was able to make great recommendations for reliable door hardware that looked great yet was within my budget. The last person really butchered the doors. Dan is both a tradesman and a craftsman. He went out of his way to make sure that the doors looked presentable by minimizing the damage from the last person. I cant thank him enough. And certainly I can recommend both him and Mass Lock.
