The manager and aides at CHC at the Carrington of lincolnwood were very professional and offered loving care to my mom. I would recommend them highly. They showed great flexibility in coverage to minimize the number of different caregivers with whom my mom had to interact. And...they all learned rummikub to help keep her mind sharp.

We enlisted the help of Custom Home Care to find, schedule, and oversee caregivers to assist a family member who was recovering from a fall. We chose CHC because care would be managed by an RN, which was important to us. Our care manager Sheila Marrinan was sympathetic and patient; addressed any and all questions or concerns in a timely manner; and was an incredible resource for us for the entire duration of our time working with caregivers from CHC. We had an excellent experience using CHC and highly recommend them, especially to those who are seeking caregivers for the first time and are new to navigating the world of home care for older adults.

My experiences with Custom Home Care have always been amazing. The caregivers are the real superstars in my eyes. They are always so friendly and helpful. They truly surpass any expectations I have and couldnt be more thankful for their hard work. The manager, Lynn Bolger, is always so kind to help with any conflicts I may have. They really do go out of their way to help with any conflict I may have from time changes to new tasks I need. I couldnt recommend a better company with a team like Custom Home Care.
