"We had a terrible experience with this company as tenants. Our disposal unit broke and flooded the kitchen on a Sunday. We contacted them on our landlord's recommendation, paying extra for emergency service. However, their technician couldn't fix it until the next morning. They replaced the unit but took away the old one without our request. When our landlord refused to pay, we asked for a letter stating that the replacement was necessary per their technician's assessment. We also requested the return of the old disposal to leave for our landlord at the end of our lease. They refused both reasonable requests. I advise staying away from this company at all costs.

Always a great experience working with Flader. They're prompt, communicative, and friendly. I really value their expertise and have always had great experiences both in terms of HVAC and plumbing. Never feel like they're trying to pull one over on me. Highly recommend!

We recently had the motor of our ejector pit go out. I called Flader at 7am and by 4pm they had completely fixed the issue and it took four plumbers to complete the job. The original pump was over 100 years old and they had to figure out a solution and how to update the system. The price was so reasonable and their responsiveness was excellent.
