The manager and the officer in the leasing office, exhibit extremely rude, impolite, and unprofessional behavior. Their attitude is highly negative, and they seem unwilling to address any of your concerns. Their approach to handling matters always feels as though you owe them an exorbitant sum of money. This has been the worst experience imaginable.

I paid the rent fee on April 1st (on time), and their system show that my balance is zero. On April 2, I also went to their office to ensure that my payment went through. And the officer said my payment went through. However, on April 4, they asked me to pay the 100 dollars late fee because their system now showing that my payment was actually rejected by bank. I tried to communicate with the office to waive this late fee because: First, I pay the rent on time. Second, I did doublecheck with them and they told me that my payment went through. If my payment did not go through on April 2, they should have told me that the payment is still processed instead of telling me that the payment went through, in which case I could use another payment method to pay early. But they are very rude when I talk to them about this and believe all that was my fault. That's not reasonable at all. And they asked me to pay this late fee, which I believe is unreasonable. They are extremely RUDE!!!! Worst service ever. And their attitude to customer is not acceptable at all.

Had to write to note the great change I have seen since the new management team took over. Brian and the team are responsive, polite, professional & a pleasure to deal with! Im sure the building and its occupants will benefit immensely from the hard work thats clearly going into turning the property around!

I've enjoyed living at the LINK and its proximity to campus, as well as the overall location and safety. Office staff and management are helpful and communicative. The amenities are great and units are very comfortable & updated for a modern-feel. The resident appreciation events (like free sushi and pizza) are also great. While no property will be able to accommodate every individual's needs perfectly, I am happy recommending these units to a friend. Graduate student life can be demanding and not without its stressors, so I'm glad that the LINK has been home during this busy season of life.
Shout-out to Rachel in the leasing office for always being so helpful! (:
