Our experience with Leah today was outstanding. This is the kind of business that you dont see much of these days.family owned AND operated, cost friendly, reliable, efficient, and professional. She even tried to troubleshoot it with us over the phone to save us a service fee. People dont do that these days but she did. The cost to look & fix our furnace was so much better than what we were quoted from other companies just to look at it. I hope this company stays around and gets the business they deserve. If you find them online like we did trust me when I say CALL them and thank me later.

I dont know what kind of Plummer leave the bathroom a mess,breaks part of the cabinet and uses somebody's shower towel and just hangs it back up without telling them but that is not only rude but unprofessional. I refuse to use this service again

After the power went out this past Monday our furnace seemed broken. When I called the nice woman walked me through resetting the furnace for FREE on the phone, everywhere else I called planned on charging me $100 just to come look at it. I cant thank Tip Top enough for their help and I will be calling them for all future needs. Service: Repair HVAC
