Love my Kenwood VR-405! Paid a great price for a nice receiver. I went back recently, a few months after my purchase, seeking out a remote for my model - as I had no luck with universal remotes. I called ahead and they had more than a dozen on the counter ready for me to test. I found one that worked and they didn't request any additional money for it. Great folks.
