Maintenance is great and the leasing managers have always been professional and helpful. The people who work here are fantastic and have no part in any issue I've had and are not part of the reasons I'm moving out. I'm moving out because the prices are insane for getting so little.
There is little that feels luxurious here, and we don't get discounts or incentives at any of the businesses. We've had resident events at the businesses, but you still have to purchase things at full price. The vet does give a free yearly fecal which is nice, but that's it. The appliances are cheap and outdated, cabinets and floors are cheap, fixtures are cheap. The carpet is nice, and its nice to have a choice in accent wall color, but I would rather have a washer without an agitator, and one big enough to wash a king size blanket - speaking of which, a king size bed will barely fit in the rooms.
There are no amenities. Zero. You can technically use the ones at The McKenzie apartments nearby, but you have to arrange it ahead of time and get a key fob from the leasing office prior to going over. That means you can't just decide to go to the gym, etc.
Parking underground and the key fobs make things feel safer, and they are. Residents mind their own business, but are still friendly. No one is going to steal anything, you can accidentally leave your door unlocked and nothing will be taken. If safety is your number one concern, this is an amazing place to be. If you care about literally anything else, you may want to look elsewhere.

The location was unbeatable, with fantastic restaurants within walking distance. The apartment itself was modern, clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. Highly recommended!
