This business is the the worst in sleazy car salesman. If you are prepared for the run around and dealing with multiple people who are all dishonest as the next, then this is the place to do business. Sales clerks and managers will connect you with many different people and then will talk over the top of you never allowing you to ask the appropriate questions or get the answers you need. They run the business as a dealership but come to find out many of the employees are selling these cars on the side as "owners". It appears that cars which look fine on the outside are desirable but once taking them off the lot you are lucky to get half way home with a working automobile. I would not recommend this business to anyone looking for a car or an honest deal. What a shame to be treated so poorly in this competitive world.

This was the worst experience I have ever had purchasing a car. I payed $8500.00 ($5000.00 cash) for the motor to go out after 10,000 miles from a part that was supposedly fixed by Karhouse before I purchased it. I tried to seek a resolution with the dealership and was put off and ignored. I even requested information on the mechanic that originally replaced the part so I could follow-up myself since Karhouse was too busy. None of my calls were returned. I will NEVER do business here again. Once they have your money they no longer care about you as a customer.
