Fantastic products and even better customer service. Gene Constant deserves a shout-out for handling a return when I ordered the wrong-sized shirt. Dont think twice about ordering from this family-run business - their apparel is indeed true to size, high quality, and backed by people who care.

I reached out to TSA for a last minute project and had hands down one of the best experiences working with a company. They were very quick to respond, work with you and your timeline and provide great customer service. TSA was unfortunately unable to give us what we needed in our request but they went above and beyond to help us even though they weren't getting our full business (we did order from them as well). I would highly recommend working with them!!

The shirts look good and are easy care. We order them with a company logo for team events and are very happy with them. Can't beat the pricing and service, they are outstanding!

We use True to Size Apparel to order smocks for our 33 convenience stores. They are great to work with as you get personal one on one help if needed and direct emails with order details and shipping information. The products are a great quality as well and shipments arrive quickly . We keep coming back time after time. I would highly recommend True to Size Apparel.

This is a first class company with prompt attention to the customer from the beginning of the purchase up until it is received and is happy with the purchase. Gene is a very cheerful person to deal with and he communicates very clearly to determine customer needs and makes suggestions to help the customer choose the best product for their needs. I have been a customer of True to Size Apparel for many years and I was impressed with their service and quality from the start. I was super impressed when I received my latest order of dress shirts for my company's trade show and they arrived hanging in a wardrobe container all washed and ironed and even included a very nice dark wood hanger for each shirt all at a very reasonable price.
