Our first and every experience with the scale team has been positively great!! They're doing their job just as us drivers need to do our job. Before going into the office. Scale first. And READ. Do Not Get Out Of Your Truck. LISTEN for the buzzard! (READ SIGN)
Stop parking incorrectly. Stop parking where you're blocking driveway areas! Have your ppwk/pu# ready. Walk in with it along with your ID and a photo of your trailer tag. And wait in line patiently. That's all they ask for. If you don't have the hours to wait for the pick up...than you shouldn't be there. Process of loading can go anywhere from 2+hrs depending on your load/where you gotta pick up from and how busy each pick up station is. They are not your dispatchers, they are not your secretary, they are not your parking attendant. Doing your part will help make the process easy. Importantly.... Walk in with RESPECT as you should at every place you may pick up/deliver to. It gets pretty busy. So BRING YOUR RESPECTFUL PATIENCE WITH YOU. This is one of my favorite places to pick up from. And it's because of the staff. Crystal and scale team. We appreciate you all!! Ignore these negative reviews. Y'all do a great job!!!

there are no signs for truckers
try find scale
reach at scale no need to get out wait for buzzer thn move your truck park it in left side take pictures of trailer license plate Dot and MC need your drivers license
they will ask you to fill a sheet
name of the company/broker/ destination city name and state / pickup number or load number/ your name and phone number .
thn she will fill a small sheet by her own ask you to fill destination city name and state and sign check you phn number you will get 2 sheet one has instructions other is scale ticket just wait in truck to be call . they will take whole day if your trailer is not clean

I always see very very rude and resist lady in check in scale . Resist very resist. No word for them..

Garmin/truck GPS might bring you to 2nd street. That is ok. You can make it through the gate and the Producers Mill check in is after you pass the first left turn. If you are loading you need pic of trailer license plate, MC, DOT# and your Drivers license. If you are delivering, drive through the Producers dome sign(assuming you are coming from 2nd st) and turn of the first left turn and back to the very first dock. That is the recieving dock. They will come assist you after.
