Genevieve did a great job for me. I was in Florida at the time of my sale. She facilitated the whole sale by sending me papers using online signing methods. She kept me informed every step of the way. The sale from listing to closing took less than a month due to Genevieves timely attention to everything that came up. There was never a day that went by without her being right on top of things. I am convinced that her ability to foresee future problems and take steps to alleviate them, was instrumental in the very quick and clean sale of my property.

Client focused and innovative marketing is just part of what she offers. I work with Genevieve on many of her real estate listings and see how she works with her clients to prepare them for the sale process. She always uses professional photography and her own expertise in marketing to ensure homes sell as quickly as possible. I have walked into a home she is preparing and seen her working along with the owners to get the house ready. She has a great deal of knowledge and experience to offer. She knows her market, how to work through the process of getting a deal closed and is focused on making the process as easy on her sellers and buyers as possible. All that and she is also a very nice person.

Genevieve, (Genny) is a miracle worker. She is by far THE BEST Real Estate agent I have ever worked with. Genny helped us get out of a bad deal and then helped us find the office space of our dreams for our business. She worked tirelessly, even keeping me posted with things on her personal time. She made us feel like we were her only client! She walked us thru the ENTIRE process, gave us sound advice and really looked out for our best interest! Genny Partsch is the only Real Estate Agent we will ever use for future real estate purchases. And. I will refer her to everyone I know!!

Genevieve has been helping my in-laws find a new home in town and has gone over and above. They are relocating from out-of-state, and she's constantly sending them new photos of properties she looks at for them during the times they can't be in town themselves. It's service like this that sets Genny above the rest as a customer-focused realtor. I highly recommend Genevieve for sure.
