I broke my ankle last April. I went to the hospital and had an X-Ray. It was Worker's Compensation, therefore everything from the hospital went through as Work Comp, except for my XR and it went through Radiology Associates, P.C.. They NEVER sent me a bill, but instead turned a $16 bill over to a debt collector. I have never not paid a bill in my life. They said they need the Work Comp claim number, but would never file it. They tell me I need to call the debt collector and the debt collector tells me I need to call Radiology Associates. It has been complete mess and none of this would have happened if Radiology Associates would have just submitted it correctly. Terrible customer service when I called today.

I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY BILL! I have no way to pay, because guess what. No bill.

Sent a check over a month ago for a ca. 19 dollar charge. Got a debt collection letter today. I expect my check to be refunded, since I paid online.
Also, you need to have an option to leave a voicemail for your medical billing. Completely unprofessional to not have one.

The most terrible office help and billing EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!from now on I'll tell them to not use these people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Terrible people skills and customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! not even worth 1 star should be a negative 100
