The guy is a p.o.s. land Lord. He tells other tenants of his that they can use service paid for by another tenant without their permission! When you have an issue about it, he wants to raise your rent!!!! He expect you to maintain his property because he doesn't "have time to deal with it". Yet gives away your paid services. Then, whoever pays the most rent ...... they are his top priority. I will be in court getting paid back for services he gladly gives away without permission. A total slum lord! If he behaves like that to a tenant "that pays his mortgages " . I hate to see what he does to screw his customers!
Beware, I too thought he was a great guy. His previous tenant warned me! I should have lissened!!!
