Our business, Queen's Bounty Honey, has worked with Tracy Baier for 4 years now and we have been extremely happy to do so. She and her office are always very responsive and when we need small things they are returned to us very quickly and accurately. When we needed help on a much bigger issue (a flooded building), Tracy also worked through everything with us. When we are considering a new angle of our business that might require different insurance, Tracy walks us through the pros and cons, doesn't upsell us on insurance we don't need and gets us price quotes quickly. We definitely recommend working with her!

We had AAA for 30yrs. We absolutely loved our Agent as a person. But found the Claims adjuster viciously hostile when we filed our very 1st.claim . Even DMV said "the claim was handled wrong" and helped us straighten it out. Soo we switched to Tracy Baier's insurance. We found her to be very professional, and very focused on details. For the first time ever, I understand the details of my policy. I ended up with much better coverage for about half the price. Tracy took an extensive amount of time to answer my questions without making me feel ignorant. Hopefully it will be another 30yrs. before we have a claim, but I know she will "have my back if it happens".
