So far I have not had a problem with this company. I did have them with Culligan who were very bad and the customer service was terrible. So far Sierra has been great and no problems noted.

Poor service. Never get a live body. Never returned calls. Waiting a week to speak to someone. Worst customer service EVER.

Very disappointed on customer care and service. Wasn't compensated on bill. Also was told numerous times a delivery would be coming out and never did. Wasnt notified of company change and was never called I was the one doing all the calls.I was 3 weeks without water.

Exceptionally disappointed with the service of this company. We never even received our initial setup - after being rescheduled 4 times - with NO explanation as to why. Only that the driver has rescheduled you, theres no specified reason or We understand that the app says your delivery is today but they will not be in your area until this other day. This obviously happens very often, as no one in the support center had anything to say or any solutions to the issues. We were really looking forward to this, as it had been recommended by a friend in a different state. Do yourself and save yourself the many days of irritation that comes with working with this company- especially with their 8am-5pm window that they give you that you HAVE to be present for the initial setup. 4 days, wasted. A joke really
