Communicating with Tracie was a bit difficult, as I could only ever reach her through text message, but we were eventually able to schedule something. The girls that showed up to clean were kind and friendly, but I was ultimately left very disappointed and felt that a lot had been left undone or had been attempted half heartedly. You can chalk it up to a miscommunication, or that I have higher standards that a professional cleaning company can aspire to, but they will not be receiving my repeat business or recommendation. Tracie did offer me a small discount, which I appreciated, but even with the discount, the total was still higher than the price I was originally quoted and did not match the service I received.

Finishing Touch Cleaners are very professional, fast, and friendly! They are always available when needed, and wonderful to work with! Definitely would recommend!
