      image I tried to get an apartment here and was double leased. Even worse, there was no warning from the manager about this. I only found out about this because my friend tried to physically enter the building himself and some guy told him our place got double leased. Still haven't gotten a full refund. I had already moved some of my stuff into the place, and it was a hassle to move stuff back out.

      image I only got my security deposit back because I sued them. They have scammed every single student that has lived here. Alexis Hall, the property manager claims that she will stop scamming people in the future, lets see how that goes. The apartment itself is nasty and wasnt cleaned when I moved in and the service is terrible. If youre deciding to live here or in a cardboard box, the box may be a better option.
