I have had three 1-hour sessions with Doug. Because of his coaching I have been able to double my income. He is really good at listening and making suggestions. He taught me how to set up my resume. He gave me examples of cover letters that I could model mine after. He did a great review of the resumes and cover letters that I sent him. For example he had me put in a summary of qualifications in my resume. During my job interview the interviewer asked me if I had ever done a certain task. Then he stopped and said, "Oh yes, it says right here in the summary of qualifications!" I got a hired to work as a biotech consultant. Doug also helped me with interviewing strategies. He also helped me think more about my strengths and how to let the interviewers know what they are.

Doug Anders is truly a progressive employment counselor. He has wonderful advice and suggestions to enhance your resume, cover letter, and interview skills. He is easy to reach by email and communicative and timely. He was quite available and able to meet on short notice when I had an interview that arrived suddenly. He willingly offered more time to make sure I felt confident for my interview. and refining important details to my resume and cover letter. He is compassionate and intuitive about the person with whom he is guiding and offers his straightforward suggestions and ideas to help you stand out as an employee. I worked with Doug Anders when I was just starting out looking for my first job.
