So I've stayed here a few times and this morning was woken up twice by children screaming playing on the stairwell outside my room I called the office and reported it they said they handled it but didn't know who the parents were so that makes no sense they then were back roughly 30minutes later stomping up and down the stairs like a marching band with the dad in the back of the line yes I got a video. Zero credits. Quiet time is only until 6am??? Since when!! I was also quoted 83 dollars but charges well over a 100 with no explanation.
Edit: I spoke to a higher up person and they refunded me 50 percent that I feel was fair. Thank you.

Perfect overnight stay for an early flight out of Eugene. Reasonable rates, comfy beds and pleasant staff. Definitely a "motel" feel with parking outside your door. Approximately 20 minute drive to the airport and a downtown location with shops and fast food options nearby. Our first visit to Eugene and it's an attractive University Town.

Do not stay at Campus Inn! During the Ice Storm, we booked a room with them. After booking the room, we cancelled because they do not allow cats (which was the agreement before we booked the room). They proceeded to charge us for a three night stay anyway. And did I mention the hotel wasn't even open because of a power outage! I cannot believe they are trying to bill us for a room we cancelled and didn't even stay in.
