As a start up small business I was looking forward to help and guidance. I made an appointment, made sure I was 15 mins early only to find a darkened room. Found someone and she turned the lights on. 15 mins later she told me my point of contact wasn't aware of my appointment and could I come back some other time. Not how I want to learn how to do business. I feel cheated, the 2 hours I wasted could have been better spent doing something productive, you know like running my business.
