He's great. He diagnosed a heart condition without having to do a bunch of tests. (We did the tests of course and they proved him right.)
Gentle, matter of fact manner. He's probably saved my life.
He's helped me manage my diabetes well for nearly twenty years.

Dr. Collins and staff are wonderful. When you go in you see the same caring people, not and an assorted staff that changes all the time and has no clue who you are.

I'd been going to Dr. Collins for a very long time and received prompt, professional care. That was when he was in private practice.
Then he got added to Starr Regional Hospital Association recently, and my care was not what I expected.
New staff was not ok except for when "Debbie" was working. Debbie called any external specialists and made a referral appointment for that doctor to see me.
Then I started to have severe heart problems, and my care wasn't very important anymore with Dr. Collins new staff.
I also have other health problems that were not addressed, so I decided to start seeing another general physician this past month.
Now, all of my health problems are being taken care of, and all external appointments that are needed are accomplished in a timely, professional manner.
