They treated me very fairly and all work was completed to perfection. Upon my return from Canada I was so happy to see that not one drop of water had penetrated my house despite all of the rain this past summer. They had figured out the issue where others could not. I would highly recommend Monarch Homes.

We chose Monarch Builders to remodel our restaurant here in Downtown Fort Myers. I could not happier about that decision. I have received honest and efficient work while getting superior service. They have been very flexible with my many changes while keeping a positive approach. The level of professionalism is astonishing! Thank you Chad and Evan for paying attention to the detail and keeping us on budget!

We drove 50 miles to see them. Their door was locked, bitter we were there during the stated store hours. So I turned to call. No one home. Add other reviews state, they may do good work, but they don't seem to want the business!
