This company took trees down next door to me and hit the fence knocking it down but they refused to fix it and told the customer it was not worth fixing it was old very rude man is not a good business person not safe and I don’t think he has insurance Beware don’t hire this man he’s Changed his business to Franks tree service so shady

Has done a great job trimming my back yard tree. They are careful not to step on the other plants in the garden and they clean everything up well.

Sorry but this company is by far the worst tree company in Baltimore County. 3 years ago he took a few trees down for me and knock down my rain gutter and down spout and toot some shingles off my roof. When confronted he said he would be back to fix it. Many calls and texts he said a day he was coming and never showed each time. My husband ended up fixing it as a lot of rain was coming.
Today next door neighbor tree fell after a heavy rain Between his, my and another neighboring property. Both me and the neighboring property cleaned up our property which left owner of tree to hire someone. He hired Dave’s tree Service in Essex MD. Same company that messed up my property. Being concerned how this company previously Damaged my property I made sure I watched and videoed his work in case He damaged my property again I wanted it documented. He approached me from neighbors yard and asked me to move our vehicles. I said no as he has no right to work on my property or drop any debris on my property without my WRITTEN permission. I just redid my driveway and made a garden where the tree originally fell and cleaned it all up. I wasn’t about to clean anything up again. He asked why I wouldn’t move the car and I told him there are ways to pull the limbs with a rope towards the property he was working and he just went off on me. Cussing me out. Using very profound language. The names he called me were totally out of line and very unprofessional and proceedEd to tell his employee to drop the limb on my vehicle. WELL I HAVE IT ALL ON VIDEO. Him saying that to his worker. How he was talking to me and how unprofessional he was. According to DNR Licensed Tree Experts there are responsibilities the tree experts are supposed to follow. Dave broke 4 of those rules which is all on video.
Do not hire this company. Total ripoff. Totally Unprofessional. And Has so many complaints on other sites. His company reviews speak for themselves. And to see how he left the neighbors yard is a disaster. Will he be back. Who knows.Terrible Terrible company. Don’t think he will be in business much longer Service: Tree removal

After 3, yes that’s right 3, reschedules in one week from the company, I just decided to cancel and try to get an estimate somewhere else. They were supposed to be here Tuesday, texted last minute asking to reschedule for “tomorrow”. When we asked for a time for Wednesday, they texted back and said oh we meant Thursday. After not showing up at 8 am, the time they chose, my husband checked in at around 9 and they said they would be here shortly, and finally at 11:30 they actually called and claimed someone had an emergency and could they reschedule for next week.... NO YOU CANNOT!!! If you ever need a tree cut down, DO NOT go with Dave’s Tree Service! The worst!!! And almost all of their “communication” is handled through text.
