Staff members are rude, inconsiderate, and have no actual motivation to do their jobs. It is a run around game where they gather information on you simply to remove your children from your custody, not to assist families in need. DO NOT EVER COOPERATE WITH THESE PEOPLE. Do not talk to them, do not let them in your house. They will have a difficult time building a case against you if you don't cooperate. Also, their staff does not communicate with you in regards to anything related to the case. They are awful people, working a job that should not be awful, and turning the whole department into an awful place and experience. Sure, take the CYFD assistance from them if you need it, but beyond that, these people are the scum of the earth.
