I booked an appointment online for 6pm. The next day I received a text saying my appointment is confirmed for a different time slot, so I called the office. I spoke to Audrey and she told me she didnt see anything on her end, but the 6pm time slot was open. Audrey then confirmed my appointment and I didnt receive any other notifications. I show up to the office and it was closed. I called another location to see if they would take me in, but they were booked. I explained what happened and she said on her calendar it shows the felicita location closed at 5. I understand the hours of business arent always accurate online, but I spoke to someone in the office and they confirmed with me. I made arrangements to be available for the appointment and no one had the common courtesy to give me a call and reschedule. Very disappointing.

The people at h&r block made it very easy for me to get my taxes filed. They removed all the stress and anxiety I had regarding the situation and I will definitely be returning next year and many years to follow.
