I need to share that I had another great experience at Escondido Auto Pros. Let me tell you why EAP is the best:
1. The ease in scheduling an appointment. After you book your appointment, they text or email (whichever you prefer) a confirmation. What I like most is the reminder you receive a few days before your appointment.
2. I know that my Honda is in good hands. They are professionals, honest & trustworthy. As a woman, that means a lot.
3. They have a nice waiting area w/ coffee & water; their restroom is clean and easily accessible.
4. The mechanic and technician communicate well with the customer.

Escondido Auto Pros replaced the engine in our 2014 Prius plug in. Our head gasket blew at 171,000 miles and we weren't sure on what to do. Toyota wanted way to much money just to do a head gasket job and rebuild the engine. After some research into this we found Escondido Auto Pros had helped many Prius customers through this scenario.
