Called and cancelled my insurance policy through them a full week before my policy expired. Was an easy process as I only had to docusign and thought nothing of it only to wake up with my account over drawn due to insurance pulling out.
I was forced to call them AGAIN while at work taking time out of my day for something I already proactively took care of only for John to say I dont know what happened but I need proof of your insurance otherwise I cant refund you
Be careful who you purchase insurance through. It feels like someone tried to grift me hoping i wouldnt notice.

We have used Luft Insurance for many years in Escanaba for home, auto, business, watercraft, motorhome, umbrella as well as my husband's medicare supplement and our travel insurance policies. I check insurance each year to make sure that we have proper coverage and John is always a great partner and advisor. He has kept us properly insured at fair rates with companies we can trust. We just moved to Wisconsin and called companies here for quotes for good coverage. We got incredibly cheap rates, but in reviewing saw that it was inadequate coverage. I called John and found out that he could cover us here as well. Great insurance at fair prices. It's how we rest easy. Thank you John, Gordon, Stephanie and Kelly!
