Manager refused to talk with me, instead she repeatedly laughed, saying loud enough to b heard by me at the counter, "I don't wanna talk to him. I don't have anything to say. Smirked, tell him the nugget sauce, nuggets, burger, try an drink is his 5 4 $5. Then stood a few feet away from me, staring an saying things under her breath, wen she wasn't mumbling to her workers with didactic spirits, conjuring their leader. I will never go here again. If I need to use the restroom, I never go where I'm not wanted nor welcomed, thus I will not go here. I didn't receive a receipt which puzzled me, now I C a bit of deception was already premeditated. I spend only about $200+ a year at different locations, yet no more, my 40k followers will now kno. Hopefully they will learn from this 2 b better, her, the manager in charge, self-righteousness probably won't. Thing is that my ppl kno her ppl, ... there's always that 1 that really causes U to rethink things.

Have to wait until one car is ahead of you at the drivethru. And it's an even longer wait if you go inside to the dining room. The food is awful. The only thing good there is the drinks.

I love Wendy's, however the location in Erwin, NC was not the friendliest. The woman taking our order yesterday was lacking any sort of enthusiasm. When we pulled to the window, they didn't say hey, hi or even smile (not asking a lot, but I've worked customer service and know the expectation). Just said the total which was not audible as they seemed distracted by someone else. Gave me my food. I said thank you. Didn't say anything either, I sat and waited for my card back. The lady handed it to me, no good day. No thanks for coming... nothing. I told her have a good day. My sister and I looked at each other and she was like "wow, not the friendliest location". Seems like they didn't even care about working there. Just an unfortunate experience.

Out of just about everything not mad at that they handed someone my burger then took it back and put in a bag and handed it to me I don't know where that person's hand been got me messed up

Ordered one sandwich a Davis double with mayo, mustard ketchup lettuce tomato and pickles with chesse and when I got home I got a Dave's double with chesse mayo, ketchup, no mustard,tomato, pickle ,no lettuce and mind you there was only one car in front of me how do you get it wrong and want bif money and can't get a single sandwich right lord I hate so see if I had a bigger order.. sorry not sorry somebody needs to take a look at Wendy in dunn n.c. thanks
