I paid into a FSA for childcare. When the pandemic hit I had no more expenses since we were all home. I switched jobs and I tried to claim the money but was denied the majority of it. I emailed the company describing my problem (no expenses, nothing to claim, but needed the money) and got no help. Lost several hundred dollars because of this.
