do not follow through!
After shopping for and ordering our carpet was given date of installation by owner.
On date of installation waited for installer to arrive which, even after calling office and being told he was on the way, he was able to make it and had to be rescheduled.
When installer finally came to our home he told us no one ever told him about our installation.
Never received apology from owner or his son!
Poor way to do business!
Wouldnt recommend!

Round about apology, but wanted me to call them!
Geez if you are really serious how about calling me or sending a letter of apology!
I would respect it a little more, even though its been close to 6 months!
