Their auction real time isn't accurate. Proxibid said I had winning bid, then come to find out I didn't. Their items are already sold when you're still bidding!!

Called about property they listed and was told they did not have time to talk to me. Did not ask for my number or a call back. Will call another real estate company that wants my business when I plan to relocate to area.

This auction company is either incompetent, or deceitful.  We went to an auction where they were selling a parcel divided into a small part and a large part. After the 2 high bids for those parts are in, they offer the parcel as 1 whole piece and which ever way makes the most wins. We were told, and it is common for the 2 parties that won the smaller pieces to pool their resources to try to beat the person that won the whole piece if that is what happens. We went to the auctioneer (us and the other one that won a part) and were told no he wouldn't allow us to try.  This is after he expressly told us before the bidding began thst we could.  He did us and the other party a great disservice, as well as, and probably most importantly, the sellers who relied on him to get them the most money. We were willing to put $40,000 more on the table and the other guy at least $83,000. So I hope the sellers read this!
