      image Sandy pulled one of the hairdressers into the back to advise him to tell me a partial highlight with no cut would be $225 after I was in the chair and had previously paid $100 with another hairdresser at Sandys. If they dont want to do the service, they should just say it. Ive never paid more than $150 for facial framing highlights even in big cities.

      Wow you really stewed about this all day long. First you never said you wanted just "face framing" you held you head down and showed me your 6 inches of new growth and told me that you wanted highlights. You have very long hair .. past the middle of your back. I found your record from a year ago and you paid $195.You stated that you can have a friend come to your home for less than $100 and stormed out of the salon. And that also included the haircut and style . And furthermore you don't know what I even discussed with Philip whenever I called him to the back room . My suggestion would be probably to call your friend. And thank you for the one star.
