Review for 200 Grand Ave, Englewood, Nj location:
The doctor & NP are good but the staff is ill-mannered and incompetent, especially the front desk staff. The Office manager should address these issues because patients will continue to leave this practice because of their employees. I Will definitely report to Medicare CMS rating.

This is a review for a dr. Sun.
I took my 89 mother to his office referred by Englewood hospital. We chose him because his network with the hospital. The hospital recommended we should see him to keep Monitor the mass around the liver. We visited his office greeted by not so friendly receptionist. I stood by the check in window and This young lady doesnt even say a word n keep engaging whatever she was doing. I moved to check out window confused then she called me to come back. We waited and a lady takes us to the doctors office. We had a few concerns about my moms liver and some skin condition we wanted address. He just seems like he is not compassionate enough to talk about our medical concern. No emotion. Short answer. Keep saying I dont know. If something happens, dont call me. Call 911. Gosh.. Even looking at my moms skin condition, he kept a little distance and just glance at it..No eagerness to help. Looks like hes kind of doctor who just settles for a mandatory regular check up. He wanted give us two referral for 2 specialty doctors. Ended up one referral had no name. At the check out, the frozen faced receptionist told us to come back in 3 months to follow up. For what? My mother is also confused why she came to see him.
I think Dr. Sun should remind himself most of patients who visit doctors office has health issues or at least worry about some conditions, showing bit of compassion really goes long way for patients or their family. They all look like robots with no emotion. What a shame we didnt get nothing out of this visit.

I have been visiting this office for many years now. the assisstants in the front of the office are very supportative and friendly now. unlike the old mean lady there before the Covid shutdowns. in terms of Doctor Sun, a highly professional and competent doctor who always tries to perceive the situation through the lens of the patient.
