People People People you are giving Precision Properties LLC a bad review for you not doing your homework, as Precision Properties Management that has its office in PA. and is not licensed in the State of California. If you were directed to fill out an application to some bogus web site, then you should have done your research FIRST. I got a text to fill out the app and i knew instantly it was a scam. Most of them are found on Zillow. When the price is too good to be true it's not real.

They’re most likely a scam. Everytime my fiancé and I send money to do an application the next day they’re just magically “Off market” it’s happened to us 4 times in a row. And the email addresses are different every time. Thanks for robbing my fiancé and I!
