Love this place! One of my hidden gems! Food is great, coffee is amazing, staff is always welcoming. Great place to study, read a book, work!

I never ever leave reviews but the lady who took our order was so incredibly rude to my boyfriend. Ive worked customer service and I understand theres days that are rough but you can not take that out on customers who are being polite and nice to you. My boyfriend has Celiac and didnt see anything that was gluten free on the menu so he asked the girl if theres any gluten free options (the one in Brentwood would always guide him to some options) but she rudely exclaimed did you even look at the menu? And then proceeds to ask my boyfriend if he even knows where gluten comes fromI think my boyfriend whos had celiac since he was 9 knows where gluten comes from and doesn't need it mansplained to him. She proceeded to be rude to my other friend as well and my boyfriend ended up not getting anything because he was too scared to ask anymore questions about the food. I hate leaving a negative review but you simply cant take out your anger on customers that way. Other people whove helped me at the stores have been so nice and the food is great. This one girl must have had a rough night and doesn't know how to deal with her anger. If she reads this Ive been there and at the end of the day you feel worse about yourself for being mean to people. Maybe do some self reflection on why you need to tear other people down to make yourself feel better.
Dietary restrictions: The lady who helped us was super unhelpful with questions about gluten free options. I wouldnt recommend going if you have celiac
