Fassberg is one of the few companies in Los Angeles that has the longevity and track record of quality construction and attention to detail in everything they do. In an industry with so many newcomers simply feeding off the current market upswing, you can rely on the experience and dedication to their clients that Fassberg has had for decades. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to build in SoCal.

I was surprised to read the 2 prior negative reviews on Fassberg Construction.  Fassberg Construction is knowledgeable, experienced and reputable.  They have more than 40 years' experience in the construction industry and have completed more than 300 buildings in Southern California, including residential, commercial and apartment buildings. They have close contacts with Southern California's architects, planners, owners, developers and construction professions.  The two prior reviews don't appear to be from clients who have done business with Fassberg.

Laughable quality and shady workers that try to cut corners any way they can.  Would recommend that anyone buying a building made by these crooks to hire an attorney and inspector because there will be issues.

Their company and crew are literally the worst. Living next to a building they're working on and they are terrible to their neighbors. They denied spraying cement sludge on my car even though they 100% did and when I've parked in front of their site I've come out to find gum on my car. For anyone thinking about hiring this company I'd say they are a liability at best. Not good for the neighborhood
