Very pleased with Derrick, who diagnosed my issue in a very short time. The repair was done quickly on my water pressure tank and water once again flowed. Will definitely use this firm again should I experience future plumbing issues. Thank you Johns Heating and Plumbing.
Had additional need for Johns, my water heater service line broke very late at night. Called Johns and Levi answered. He said that he would come soon. Levi arrived, assessed the issue and proceed to fix the leak which eased my mind as the water was leaking into the home. Thank you Levi for your responsiveness and professionalism. Your Awesome!!! Woke up yesterday morning to no hot water in the house. Well, needless to say anything more, we now have a new water heater. Major kudos to Johns Heating, Plumbing, & Air here in town. They were out within a half hour and had the water heater replaced within an hour or so. These guys (Derek and others) are always top notch, always professional, always friendly, and always there for you. Thank you Johns Heating, Plumbing, & Air. God bless you guys.
