Stopped in and talked with Jeff about a certain plan I had to bring out a nice rumble from my exhaust, without being too over-the-top. After a quick conversation, it was clear I found the right guy. Jeff is not only one of the nicest and laid-back guys you'll ever meet but he also knows his stuff.
When everything was said and done, the exhaust sounded exactly like I was hoping. Can't recommend Ellijay Muffler enough.

In over 60 years of driving and car/truck ownership, having vehicle repairs performed at shops all over the country, I just had one of the best results at Ellijay Muffler--and the most important feature of this shop is the owner, Jeff. My truck had exhaust system problems making the truck almost undrivable. Jeff assessed the problems, discussed the repair plan with me, completed the work as promised, and the cost was about half of what I was expecting. After the repairs were completed, Jeff showed me everything he had done and I have to tell you, the workmanship was just outstanding--some of the best I have ever seen. Jeff is not just some guy running a muffler shop, he is a real craftsman. Also, while Jeff was with another customer, I met the real hit of the business, Jeff's dog, Dolly--a very friendly and intelligent Wheaten Terrier devoted to Jeff. If your vehicle has exhaust problems, I heartily recommend Ellijay Muffler as your repair destination. Get your vehicle fixed and pet Dolly.
