Night guard was super nice. Got here and took my 10 hour break and was still not unloaded. It was another 3 hours. Have to drop trailer and wait. They give you a number to call to check on your trailer and when I called they couldn't find my trailer. Finally said call back in 2 hours. Very slow place.

The service is good, but in many cases the loads are not ready to pick up and time is lost.

The service at this location is outstanding. The ease in delivering, even though you have to drop the trailer, is extra fast. Whenever there's an issue with ANYTHING (damaged trailer, missing paperwork, etc), Malik (who sits at the front desk) is there to assist. There isn't anything i have asked that he hasn't provided. Great experience overall.
