      image The worst rental customer service. GM sounds senseless. My guys are traveling on a long northern Nevada road trip for multiple jobs. One of our trailers axles completely fails. We rent a trailer from them but they wont allow us to park our down trailer for 2 days till we can get taken home. Absolutely disgusting. We dont have room yet we are taking a trailer space with the rental. Avoid at all costs. I submitted a full review with pictures to Robert C. Bower senior VP of the western Divison. I have his personal cell phone. Thank god.
