Facility isn't open phone is still in service left message no call back google says place is still open so took a chance drove out to the business and weeds everywhere lights out no ones home if your place of business is closed for whatever reason how about your answer machine says sorry were no longer in business or maybe we have moved and let Google known what the status of your business is in.

I had Aaron and team build a new wood entertainment center built into my living room. My house was built in 2003 and did not fit my 65 inch TV. Aaron and team did a wonderful job for the sales and quoting process as well as the design. Their installers did a great job too. The only reason I do not give 5 stars is finishing touches. In my professional life I am myopically focused on customer experience. This is where Aaron and team could use a little nudge. They did a 5 star job but failed at the very minor touches. Specifically, their design and quote showed handles on my cabinets under the TV area. However, they installed everything and drilled holes, so I could got to Home Depot and pick my own handles/knobs. They did not have any handles/knobs to offer. This was never brought to light in any sales process, and the diagrams they drew misled me as a layman to assume they would bring handles/knobs. Strike one. Finally, not at all unexpected their was some slight destructive damage to the paint lines around the new cabinets. They did not offer and were not prepared to touch up to painting around the beautiful new cabinets they just built and installed for me. As a customer I pay good money for experts like Aaron and team to not have to go to Home Depot and not have to break out paint to touch up a beautiful new entertainment center mere minutes after the contractor completes the project. As the customer, I want my project 100% complete from the professionals I hire. I do not want it 99.99% complete. I do ultimately recommend you hire Aaron and his team who do have a good process, price and are good at what they do. In my opinion they are perfect at what they do, but not perfect at customer experience for the reasons I shared.
