Stayed here with my husband two nights ago. The shower floor was so slippery that my husband fell and split his head open. The desk called 911 for us but that is where their helpfulness and concern ended. The fire department and ambulance came and thankfully my husband was fine, with a cut on his head and some bruises. I asked the front desk to clean our bathroom as we were leaving for urgent care. I came to a stack of towels on the counter, a bloody wash cloth on the back of the toilet and another bloody wash cloth in the shower. They said they were sorry a couple of times but really did not feel like they meant it. I expected the morning manage to call and say something... but nothing. And now I see that the room that our confirmation said would be $150 we were charge $191. Not really sure what I was expecting but I was certainly expecting a better response than that. There is no reason for a shower to be so slippery. There is no mat to put down and no grippy stickers on the floor of the shower. I refused to use the shower at all because I didn't want to risk falling myself.

I had the smoothest and the most pleasant check-in, ever. Souzan was amazing - friendly, professional, knowledgeable, efficient.
This will be an enjoyable weekend.
